Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Bonus Potential: Up to $3,000 per month

Position Summary

As a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic, you will serve as a trusted advisor and leader in a high‑volume, walk‑in clinic. You will provide efficient exams and manual adjustments, deliver education, and build strong relationships to promote routine, preventive care.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients by reviewing medical histories, questioning, observing, examining, and reviewing x‑rays as indicated.
  • Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations to correct musculoskeletal dysfunction.
  • Educate patients on the life‑quality benefits of routine chiropractic care and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate case histories and timely patient records in electronic systems.
  • Arrange and analyze diagnostic x‑rays to identify issues and rule out fractures or disease.
  • Sell membership packages and provide consultations and treatment plans for maintenance visits.
  • Provide high‑volume daily adjustments, primarily utilizing diversified adjustments and drop tables.
  • Build positive doctor‑patient relationships and provide high‑quality care and advice to each patient.
  • Manage clinic staff as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
  • Performance‑based incentives and commissions related to membership sales.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (full‑time, 30+ hrs/week) after 60 days.

  • Paid vacation accrual per hour worked; managers with <5 years can accrue up to 120 hours annually.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
