Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health histories, questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x‑rays, as indicated.
  • Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
  • Educate patients on the quality‑of‑life benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories and patient records; obtain and record medical histories; arrange for diagnostic x‑rays when medically necessary; analyze x‑rays; and rule out fractures or diseases.
  • Provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits; enter chiropractic visits notes into electronic notes software; provide high‑volume adjustments using diversified adjustments and drop tables.
  • Build positive doctor‑patient relationships and provide high‑quality care and advice to each patient.
  • Sales of membership packages and education on benefits of regular maintenance.
  • Manage clinic staff as necessary.

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour. Additional bonus potential: +/- up to $3,000 per month.

Position Summary

Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will consist of becoming part of a team changing the face of chiropractic. You will be a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community helping us further our mission. We are on a mission to make routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible in every community we serve. You will serve in a high-volume practice where all exams are done efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more, safely. This position is designed for both veteran and new doctors.

Duties and Responsibilities
