Position Summary

Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will consist of becoming a part of a team changing the face of chiropractic. You will be a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community, helping us further our mission of making routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible. This position is designed for veteran and new doctors alike, in a high‑volume practice where all exams are done efficiently, allowing you to serve more patients safely.

The Opportunity

Full‑time Salaried Role. Part‑time to full‑time positions between multiple clinics are available.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x‑rays, as indicated.
  • Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
  • Educate patients on the quality‑of‑life benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
  • Arrange for diagnostic x‑rays to be taken, when medically necessary and analyze x‑rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases.
  • Provide patient chiropractic care and education, building positive doctor‑patient relationships, and maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
  • Sell membership packages and provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits.
  • Enter chiropractic visit notes into electronic notes software.
  • Provide high‑volume chiropractic adjustments daily, primarily utilizing diversified adjustments and drop tables.
  • Educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic maintenance and manage clinic staff as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active State chiropractic license — or ability to obtain one prior to start.
  • Eligible for malpractice insurance.
  • Passion for delivering high‑quality, routine wellness care.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient‑first attitude.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, walk‑in clinic environment.
  • Weekend availability (at least some) is a plus.
  • New graduates encouraged — support will be provided.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and neurology.
  • In‑depth knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and treatments.
  • Proficiency in performing spinal adjustments and other chiropractic techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and explain treatment plans clearly.
  • Active listening skills to understand patient concerns and symptoms effectively.
  • Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations, medical history, and diagnostic tests.
  • Critical‑thinking skills to develop and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to support patient health.
  • Ability to educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and ergonomic practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in chiropractic care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain state licensure.
