Excelsia Injury Care in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy clinic. You will work under the supervision of the Doctor of Chiropractic, taking vitals, assisting with therapies, and documenting progress notes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year in a medical office related to physical therapy or chiropractic care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and relevant state certification requirements.
• Certification in CPR and/or First Aid is required.
• At least 1 year of office experience in physical therapy or chiropractic care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients pre and post care under the DC.
• Take vitals of patients.
• Document modalities performed and progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms at all times.
• Monitor and assist with office operations and supplies.
• Assist in general office tasks including filing, chart prep, and answering phones.
• Travel to other locations as needed to maintain coverage.
• Support in keeping the office neat and orderly.
• Adhere to vehicle and licensing policies as required.
