Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic, Inc. in Riverton, UT is seeking a friendly, energetic administrative assistant to support clinicians and front desk operations. You will enter clinical notes, support marketing campaigns, assist with rehabilitation exercises, and help manage patient flow and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
• Experience in competitive sports and/or training in rehabilitation/personal training preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clinical notes and charges are entered accurately into patient records.
• Assist the doctor with entries to improve efficiency.
• Lead patients in prescribed exercise therapy.
• Safely and accurately administer therapeutic modalities based on training and in accordance with established treatment protocols.
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines.
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free.
• Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective.
• Maintain business office inventory.
• Other Administrative tasks
