Qualifications

• Two-year degree or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical notes and charges accurately into patient records.
• Assist doctor with entries to improve efficiency.
• Lead patients in prescribed exercise therapy.

What you will do:

• Ensuring clinical notes and charges are entered accurately into patient records
• Assist the doctor with entries to improve efficiency
• Lead patients in prescribed exercise therapy
• Safely and accurately administer therapeutic modalities based on training and in accordance with established treatment protocols.
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan
• Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach
• Weekly patient reporting
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
• Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective
• Maintain business office inventory
• Other Administrative tasks

What you need

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
• Experience in competitive sports and/or training in rehabiltation/personal training preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills is required
