Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of medical or chiropractic assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Helps patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
• Maintains medical supplies inventory and performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Verifies patient information and records medical history and visit purpose.
• Prepares patients for examination and rooming for providers.
• Manages referrals and prior authorizations as needed.
• Ensures patient privacy and safeguards medical records.
