Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
• Maintain medical supplies and prepare room between patients for the provider.
• Verify patient information and review medical history with patient records.
• Prepare patients for examination.
• Assist with labs, imaging, and chart reviews for same-day reporting.
• Monitor schedule for accuracy and communicate gaps to optimize flow.
• Room patients and ensure a seamless patient-provider transition.
• Check messages and voicemails for the provider each morning.
