Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam area to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Take blood pressure, height and weight; document in EHR per policy.
• Obtain HPI information for the Chiropractor.
• Assist with exam procedures and data entry as needed.
• Assist with treatment instruments and educational materials.
• Schedule follow-up visits and patient callbacks as requested by provider.
