TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Conejo Valley and Los Angeles is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Assistant to support doctors and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will assist the team with rooming patients, recording VAS scores, and entering documents into the EHR to maintain accurate records.

As part of daily operations, you will schedule appointments, manage supplies, and assist with occasional clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience in health care preferred.
• Proficient in using an EHR system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
