Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• Entry: high school diploma/GED + 4 years experience, or Associate's +2, or Bachelor's with no experience.
• Full Performance: high school +7 yrs, or Associate's +5, or Bachelor's +3, or Master's +1 year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, and transcribe foreign language materials to support SIGINT reporting.
• Research cultures and geopolitical context relevant to NSA missions.
• Apply techniques to synthesize large volumes of data across sources.
• Mentor and lead other Language Analysts; ensure technical health of the mission.
