Job summary

NSA's Linguists, known as Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs), are sought for language analysis in support of SIGINT. Candidates may join LADP or direct hire; LADP offers up to three years of training and multiple tours across offices.

Applicants must have ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in Chinese, a degree, and relevant experience in translation, transcription, or analysis. This is a full-time position located at NSA facilities with competitive federal benefits.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 proficiency in reading and listening for the target language.
• Degree in any field acceptable; 1+ year relevant experience in translation, transcription, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, transcribe foreign language materials for SIGINT.
• Engage with partners and customers across the IC to accomplish mission goals.
• Mentor and lead other language analysts and ensure technical health of the mission.
