Job summary

NSA is seeking Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support the SIGINT mission by analyzing foreign language materials, performing translation and transcription, and producing analytic assessments.

Candidates must have ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language, with eligibility for the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire into analytic positions. Roles involve multiple operational tours and require strong collaboration across the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in target language required
• A degree in any field acceptable; experience in translation, transcription, or analysis preferred
• Open to LADP or direct hire into analytic roles

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign language materials for SIGINT, including translation, transcription, and reporting
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community to support analytic missions
• Support development through LADP or direct placement into mission offices
