Job summary

NSA is seeking Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) with Chinese language expertise to support the SIGINT mission. The role involves analyzing foreign language materials, performing translation/transcription, and contributing to analytic operations across NSA programs.

The position offers opportunities for LADP or direct hire into analytic mission offices, with potential tours and formal training to advance core competencies in language analysis, reporting, and development.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Analyze, transcribe, translate foreign language materials as part of SIGINT mission.
• Work in LADP or direct hire into analytic mission offices.
• Mentor and lead other Language Analysts as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting and analysis.
