The role requires Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency, deep cultural insight, and ability to coordinate with content, performance, CRM, and affiliate channels, including social platforms like WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with a global or international focus.
• Experience in online gambling or gaming is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to present and optimize marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and engagement for the global Chinese diaspora market.
• Coordinate internal talent across performance, digital, CRM, SEO, and affiliates.
• Navigate regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.
• Negotiate strategy and resources with international partners and regions.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for diaspora channels (affiliates, ambassadors, events, Chinese social platforms).
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure culturally relevant concepts for the market.
