Your Role

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. We have four shifts available. Sun-Tue, Thu-Sat, both alternating Wed, starting 5am-5pm and 5pm-5:30am.

Your Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Basic technical and math skills
