Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in West Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team on site, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and shipment of goods while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in supervision, forklift experience, and solid math/technical skills.

• Ensure safety and compliance by implementing processes that protect personnel, equipment, and property and adhering to OSHA health and safety requirements.
• Support operational needs by working overtime and weekends as required.

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $25.00 per hour.

• Ensure safety and compliance by implementing processes that protect personnel, equipment, and property and adhering to company and OSHA health and safety requirements.
• Support operational needs by working overtime and weekends as required.

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift operating experience
• Basic technical and math skills
