Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in West Jefferson, OH to coordinate daily logistics, supervise a team of Warehouse Associates, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping for customer orders.

You will work 4:00PM–12:30AM, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturdays, paid weekly at $25.00 per hour. This role offers growth within a global logistics leader and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities to ensure full and efficient operation of the assigned area.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates and oversee performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory, picking, packing, and shipping for customer orders.

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will be paid weekly at $25.00 per hour. Your shift hours will be 4:00PM-12:30AM Monday through Friday (Saturdays if needed).

• Be available to work overtime and weekends
