Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a daily operations team, coordinate shifts, and ensure accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse activities for our 3PL operations. You will drive performance, training, and continuous improvement across the assigned area while maintaining compliance and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes shift coverage Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, with multiple shifts. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Must be able to read and comprehend written English to perform essential job functions and adhere to safety requirements
• Comfortable using mobile technology (smartphone or mobile device) for warehouse business purposes including accurately clocking in and out of work shifts.
