Job summary

Strider Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst I to translate Chinese- and English-language data into actionable intelligence.

You will apply established intelligence methodologies, language skills, and AI-enabled tools to evaluate data and produce clearer risk insights for clients. Collaborating with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams, you will help build scalable data pipelines, refine risk indicators, and ensure outputs meet standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience evaluating data and applying analytic frameworks.
Familiarity with Chinese-language sources for intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources to improve data utilization at scale.
Apply language expertise and knowledge of PRC economic statecraft to identify actors, relationships, and risk indicators.
Develop knowledge of Strider’s data holdings, risk methodology, and AI agent architecture for intelligence production.
Apply intelligence production standards and structured analytic techniques to develop actionable risk insights.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance, ensuring methodological adherence.
Use AI-enabled tools to support research, data enrichment, analysis, and new workflows.
Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to support automation and scalable capabilities.
Support needs across Platform Intelligence, Intelligence Advisory, and Strategic Global Intelligence teams.
