Job summary

Strider Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst II to collect, analyze, and enrich data to inform risk assessment for clients.

You will apply Chinese-language expertise, Strider’s methodologies, and AI-enabled tools to produce scalable intelligence at pace. You will independently execute established workflows, mentor teammates, and contribute to intelligence products used by clients, researchers, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international affairs, data science, computer science, intelligence studies, Chinese language, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in intelligence analysis, QA, data evaluation, or related field.
• Chinese-language proficiency to independently research and interpret sources.
• Working knowledge of PRC economic statecraft and its analytical implications.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support workflows.
• Experience applying structured analytic techniques (ACH).
• Ability to evaluate details independently under ambiguity.
• Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and comfortable with uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources.
• Apply Chinese-language expertise to assess actors, relationships, and risk indicators.
• Develop deep knowledge of Strider’s data, ontology, risk methodology, and AI architecture.
• Develop and apply intelligence production standards for actionable insights.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Develop and use AI-enabled tools to support research and production.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to test assumptions and strengthen conclusions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data and methods; prototype solutions.
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams on automation and product development.
• Support Strider’s Intelligence team and share analytical approaches.
