Job summary

Strider Technologies is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst I to transform Chinese- and English-language data into actionable intelligence used by clients across government, industry, and academia. You will apply Chinese-language skills, established tradecraft, and AI-enabled tools to evaluate data and improve outputs.

You will work with the Platform Intelligence, Intelligence Advisory, and Strategic Global Intelligence teams to strengthen data workflows, risk indicators, and intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• At least 1 year in intelligence analysis or related field.
• Chinese-language proficiency to assess sources.
• Foundational knowledge of PRC economic statecraft and related procedures.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for research and workflows.
• Familiarity with structured analytic techniques and applying analytic frameworks.
• Ability to document findings clearly and succinctly.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
• Ambition and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources.
• Apply Chinese-language expertise to identify actors, relationships, and risk indicators.
• Develop knowledge of Strider’s data holdings, ontology, risk methodology, and AI agent architecture.
• Apply intelligence production standards and structured analytic techniques.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support research and new workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data sources and analytical methods.
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Support intelligence needs across Platform Intelligence, Intelligence Advisory, and Strategic Global Intelligence teams.
