Job summary

Strider Technologies is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst I to transform Chinese- and English-language data into actionable intelligence for clients navigating economic statecraft risks. You will apply established intelligence methodologies and AI-enabled tools to evaluate data and improve outputs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen data capabilities, ensure accuracy, and develop scalable workflows that deliver high-impact intelligence to clients across government,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, data science, computer science, intelligence studies, Chinese language, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of experience in intelligence analysis, data evaluation, or a related analytical field.
• Chinese-language proficiency sufficient to research and interpret Chinese-language sources for intelligence analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of PRC economic statecraft and related analytical frameworks.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, or technical workflows.
• Familiarity with structured analytic techniques and applying analytic frameworks consistently.
• Ability to evaluate information against methodologies and clearly document findings.
• Clear written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources to improve data utilization and risk detection at scale.
• Apply Chinese-language expertise to identify actors, relationships, activities, and risk indicators within publicly available information.
• Develop working knowledge of Strider’s data holdings, risk methodology, and AI agent architecture for intelligence production.
• Apply intelligence production standards and structured analytic techniques to develop risk intelligence with clear insights.
• Evaluate AI-generated intelligence outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support research, data enrichment, analysis, and new workflows and applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve data sources, methods, workflows, and product performance.
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to support automation and scalable intelligence capabilities.
• Support intelligence needs across multiple teams while building broader expertise in Strider’s mission.
