Job summary
XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a seasoned Chiller Technician to service high‑performance cooling systems for data centers and AI infrastructure across the continental US. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair chillers, refrigeration circuits, pumps, valves, and related equipment, with significant travel (50–80%).

Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in chiller service or related mechanical field.
- Experience with refrigeration circuits, compressors, pumps, valves and heat exchangers.
- Strong troubleshooting across refrigeration, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with air- or water-cooled chillers is preferred.
- Exposure to BAS, BACnet, Modbus or PLCs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 50–80% and work overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Chiller service: troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair chillers and related components.
- Start‑up/commissioning: verify mechanical, electrical and controls systems.
- Field service: on-site troubleshooting of cooling systems.
- System diagnostics: identify mechanical, refrigerant and electrical issues.
- Documentation: complete service reports and track issues.
