• Rework & Completion: Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness.
• Start-Up & Commissioning: Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2–L5).
• Field Service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on‑site.
• Customer Support: Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism.
• Documentation: Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement.

About the Role

Join a fast-growing service team supporting mission‑critical cooling systems for data centers and advanced industrial environments. You’ll be hands‑on with high-performance HVAC equipment, traveling to job sites, commissioning systems, and ensuring peak performance in the field. This is a high‑impact, travel‑intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and travel.

Travel & Location

• Typical schedule: 2 weeks in the field / 1 week home (flexible based on projects)
• Open to candidates based in: Texas (TX), Wisconsin (WI), Arizona (AZ)
• Primary project locations include: Abilene, TX; Amarillo, TX; Wisconsin (project-based); Mesa, AZ
