Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support residential and ducted HVAC systems, including air cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, and roof-top units. The role includes commissioning, aftersales service, and advising customers on efficiency improvements.

Applicants should be familiar with field service operations, possess EPA refrigerants licensing, and hold valid driver's license. Travel of 10–20% and union membership requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of practical working experience on residential/ducted products with chillers, AHUs, or roof-top units.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
• As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
