Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage routine compressor, chiller, and related systems within our Montgomery County facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance, maintain detailed records, and respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Compressor and Chiller/Tower maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
