Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to maintain and repair critical building systems at our Pennsylvania sites. You will perform routine compressor and chiller/tower maintenance, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing work, and respond to maintenance needs as they arise.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, and the ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Chiller Operations, Boiler Operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Compressor and Chiller/ Tower maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
