Qualifications

• Experience with Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin Chillers.
• Experience with centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Troubleshoot chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

Skills

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• Troubleshoot chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and controls
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Assist with equipment start-ups and system upgrades
• Document service work using company software
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC or chiller experience (Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin Chillers, etc)
