Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is hiring an Assembler Technician to build cooling system components on the production line. You will use prints, wiring diagrams and brazing techniques to assemble copper and other metals, and you will operate tools and hoists as needed.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior make-to-order assembly experience is preferred. The shift is Mon-Fri 3pm–11pm, with safety and quality checks throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Production experience in a make-to-order assembly role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, wiring diagrams, CAD models to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units according to customer specifications using tools.
• Perform brazing for refrigeration and water circuits per prints.
• Wire high voltage, 3-phase electrical systems as required.
• Measure, cut, fit, and insulate water piping assemblies.
• Read blueprints and CAD models to build or modify units.
• Complete quality and production checklists and keep area clean.
• Operate overhead hoists and powered industrial trucks as needed.
