Job summary

Bristol Mountain in New York is seeking Snowsports School Instructors for multiple programs, including Ski and Snowboard Instructors, Alpine and Nordic, and the Children’s Learning Center. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

You will lead group and private lessons to help guests improve their skiing or riding skills, while always prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction during every session.

• Timing and Calculations
• Terrain Park Staff
• Freestyle Coaches

Responsibilities:

• Lead group and private lessons to assist guests in improving their skiing/riding skills
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 16 years of age or older – Instructors
• 14 – 15 years of age – Instructor Apprentices
• Strong skiing/riding skills
• Able to lift in excess of 80+ lbs.
• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Must have flexible availability including weekend and evenings
• Must be PSIA/AASI Certified or complete the Bristol Mountain Skills Workshop*

Hours:

• Staff seasonal availability is confirmed with scheduled hours based on business demands

Starting Rate: $16/hr.
