Job summary

MAS Home Care and MAS Community Health seek a seasoned leader to oversee the MaineCare Section 28 Children’s Services and Family Centered Treatment programs in Maine. You’ll guide program leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth across regions while maintaining family-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising CSCs and FCT Supervisors, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating intake through discharge, and engaging stakeholders such as families, payers, and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Master's degree with licensure preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in behavioral health with leadership experience (3+ years in leadership/supervisory role) and 2+ years in operations and budget development.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership, supervision, and growth across MaineCare Section 28 and FCT services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation across programs.
• Oversee intake through discharge to ensure access and continuity of care.
• Coordinate a 24/7 on-call system and escalate complex issues.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and performance metrics.
• Engage families, payers, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
