Job summary

MAS Community Health seeks a senior Programs Leader to oversee MaineCare Section 28 Children\'s Services and Family Centered Treatment (FCT). You will guide program leadership, ensure compliance, manage staffing and budgets, and engage stakeholders to deliver high-quality, family-centered services.

This role covers operations from intake through discharge, with ongoing communication with families, payers, and state agencies to support growth and excellence across Maine programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Master's degree with licensure preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in behavioral health with leadership experience and 2+ years in business operations and budget development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for assigned program areas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Oversee intake-to-discharge operations and program growth initiatives.
