The Courageous Steps Project, Inc. in Bangor, ME is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Community & Care Coordination to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for home and community behavioral health services, targeted case management, and care coordination.

The ideal candidate is an LCSW or LCPC with strong leadership, program development, and collaboration skills. This exempt, full-time role reports to the CEO and guides growth across Eastern Maine.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with LCSW or LCPC.
• Minimum three years supervisory and program management experience.
• Experience with MaineCare and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Home & Community Behavioral Health and Care Coordination.
• Oversee clinical operations, quality, compliance, and budgeting.
• Develop workforce, supervision, and training programs.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and program outcomes.
