Qualifications

• Experience in children’s ministry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly classes and ministry gatherings for elementary-age children.
• Serve as primary teacher and communicator for children.
• Maintain safe, welcoming environments for children, families, and volunteers.
• Recruit, train, and care for adult volunteers.
• Select and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Partner with parents to support home discipleship.
• Plan events such as Vacation Bible School, Parents Night Out, Wacky Wednesdays, and seasonal gatherings.
• Welcome and follow up with new families.
• Collaborate with Family Discipleship Coordinator, Youth Minister, pastoral staff, and other ministry partners.
