South Main Baptist Church in Pasadena, Texas, is seeking a full-time Children's Minister to lead and strengthen its ministry to elementary-age children and their families. A growing, debt-free Texas Baptist congregation of approximately 600 weekly worshipers, South Main is committed to an ongoing mission of engaging and equipping others to experience and share God's transforming love. The Children's Minister will be a key partnerin the church's birth-through-graduation family discipleship pathway.The Children's Minister will serve as the primary teacher and communicator for children, lead weekly classes and ministry gatherings with spiritual intentionality, and maintain safe, welcoming environments for children, families, and volunteers.
