Community Baptist Church is seeking a faithful, energetic Director to help lead our children from ages three through 5th grade and partner with families to build a strong Biblical foundation. Qualifications

• Demonstrate a deep sense of God’s calling to the Gospel Ministry.
• Goal to make disciples and train children in the gospel.
• Member or willing to become a CBC member upon accepting the call.
• Affirm The Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as CBC’s faith statement.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Minister of Youth to provide resources for children and volunteers, prioritizing scripture memorization.
• Clearly communicate and teach the Bible.
• Recruit, train and mentor children’s ministry volunteers.
• Plan and oversee all Children’s Outreach Events and budgets.
• Ensure background checks are completed for all volunteers working with children/youth.
• Develop outreach plans for the fiscal year and engage parents with ministry updates.
