Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking energetic CLC Leads to run the youth ski and snowboard programs. You will assist with check-in, organize activities indoors and outdoors, and support instructors while ensuring a safe, fun environment for children and families.

The role blends leadership, teaching, and teamwork in a dynamic seasonal setting with weekend and holiday availability. A passion for winter sports and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Completion of PSIA-AASI E-Learning courses.
• Passion for teaching and the mountain environment.
• Strong communication and guest services skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to ski/snowboard safely on blue groomed terrain.
• Availability including weekends and school holidays Dec 1–Apr 30.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations from check-in to clean-up.
• Coordinate lessons with staff and the Children's Learning Center Supervisor.
• Support instructors and manage on-slope logistics.
• Deliver exceptional guest service to children and parents.
