Job summary

KidStrong Great Bridge is seeking a passionate Children’s Coach to guide kids from 12 months to 11 years through brain, physical, and character development using our evolving monthly curriculum.

You will explain the curriculum to parents, maintain a dynamic, fun, and professional classroom, and collaborate with a friendly team with a flexible schedule including weekdays and some weekends. Prior coaching or athletic experience and strong family engagement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Ability to explain the KidStrong curriculum to parents.
• Comfortable in a physically active classroom setting.
• CPR certification or higher first aid training.
• Positive, engaging interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and maintain pace.
• Greet students and guardians at class start.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate exercises and monitor safety and technique.
• Keep centers clean and sanitize equipment after use.
• Record class data using the KS Coach App for parents.
• Communicate professionally via Slack with the team.
