Job summary

KidStrong Woodbridge is seeking passionate and enthusiastic coaches to engage with children aged 6 months to 11 years. As a coach, you will follow the KidStrong curriculum focusing on brain, physical, and character development while ensuring a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities include coaching classes for small groups, maintaining cleanliness, communicating with parents, and attending monthly programming meetings. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for additional hours through private coaching.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable passion for working with children.
• Prior coaching experience with kids aged 6 months to 11 years preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques is important.

Responsibilities

• Coach children in classes of 6 to 15, ages 6 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum provided by HQ.
• Maintain cleanliness of the center and ensure safety during classes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
