Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a energetic Children’s Coach at our Chesapeake location. You will coach children from 12 months to 11 years, deliver brain, physical and character development activities, and engage with parents to explain the curriculum.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for additional hours through private coaching. Prior pediatric coaching or OT/PT experience is a plus, and CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Passion for working with children and coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication with parents and guardians.
• Ability to maintain safety and proper technique during activities.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes for ages roughly 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum and maintain class pace and schedule.
• Greet students and parents, and ensure orderly arrivals and departures.
• Keep the center clean and sanitize equipment after use.
• Record class data and attendance in KS Coach App.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in required training.
• Support multiple shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
