Responsibilities

• Plan meals for the children following CCFP guidelines and cultural practices.
• Purchase, store, handle, and prepare foods in compliance with safety rules.
• Coordinate with CCFP consultant on menu planning and monitoring.
• Serve as liaison with food broker and maintain purchase receipts and records.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports to CCFP for proper reimbursement.
• Participate in curriculum activities and assist kitchen staff and teachers.
