Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensures proper serving temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and adheres to safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies and supports in production planning and record keeping.
• Reports any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
