Qualifications

• 30 credit hours of early childhood, elementary or related human services field education.
• 15 college credit hours and one-year experience related to the care.
• Current CDA certificate.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with program goals.
• Interact with children to support individual development daily.
• Maintain accurate records and guardian communication.
• Ensure supervision and a safe, clean environment for children.
• Follow DHS procedures and protect children's well-being.
