Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education; additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Experience coaching and training staff members.
• Associates degree in early childhood education, child development, or a CDA.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom, plus lesson plan creation.

Responsibilities

• Mentor fellow teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations.
• Step in as Director or Assistant Director in their absence.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor teachers.
• Communicate directly with parents to support child development.
