Job summary

Learning Care in Michigan is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in a caring classroom environment.

You will mentor other teachers, manage daily instruction, ensure compliance with licensing and center standards, and build strong relationships with families to promote student growth and center success. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate effectively with enrolled and prospective families to support child development and center success.
