Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a Team Lead to guide classrooms, support families, and mentor fellow teachers in a licensed childcare setting. You will lead curriculum implementation, manage daily activities, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual development of children.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence.
• Ensure daily care following licensing guidelines and company standards.
