Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC is seeking a Childcare Supervisor to assist the Childcare Manager with daily operations in a state-certified daycare. You will supervise staff, help plan curricula, and serve as Substitute Director when the Manager is off-site.

The role involves caring for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, indoors with daily outdoor play. Requirements include an active CBR number or ability to obtain one, background checks, and First Aid/CPR and Food Handler's Card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oregon DELC policies preferred.
• Must pass background check and obtain required certifications (First Aid/CPR, Food Handler's Card).
• Active CBR number or ability to obtain one prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Childcare Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety and compliance.
• Plan and develop curriculum and programs.
• Serve as Substitute Director when Manager is off-site.
• Support scheduling, staffing and capacity management.
• Provide training and support for continuing education for staff.
