Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC. is seeking a Daycare Supervisor to assist the Childcare Manager with daily operations and staff supervision in a state-certified setting. You will help plan curricula, supervise aides, and act as Substitute Director when needed, caring for children from 6 weeks to 10 years.

Open 9:00 am–5:00 pm, seven days a week, indoors with outdoor play. Must have an active CBR number or begin process; background checks and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of two years of related experience preferred.
• Active CBR number or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Must pass a background check and obtain required certifications (First Aid/CPR, Food Handler’s Card).
• Knowledge of Oregon DELC policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of up to 25 employees and oversee Childcare Aides.
• Assist in planning and developing curriculum and programs.
• Serve as Substitute Director when the Manager is off-site.
• Manage scheduling, staffing and capacity; support performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and ongoing staff development.
• Support sales and reservations as needed.
