Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Team Lead to mentor teachers, support directors, and help manage daily school operations while ensuring excellent care for children. You will mentor staff, step in for Director/Assistant Director when needed, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will create fun, interactive learning experiences and communicate with parents to advocate for each child’s success, while building a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and training staff members.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Associates degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA.

Responsibilities

• Mentor fellow teachers and support directors in daily school operations.
• Perform Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening/closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor teachers.
• Communicate with parents to support child success.
